I heard an old lady say: ¨This is nothing compared to Semana Santa¨¨. Then she added: ¨Nobody comes to these things anymore¨. Wasn't that Yoli Berra's line? I prefer my ¨It's so sunny here, you can get a suntan overnight¨.

You might want to try some tapas and beer.
ReplyDeleteYeah, hahaha. I read in a guiri's blog that she was so happy that she had learned how to make tapas. Huh? Anything could be a tapa. It reminded me of Detroit where a lady was looking for a recipe for goulash (and there actually are recipes) but real goulash is not made, it is accumulated!
ReplyDeleteVery cool. I am getting ready to go to Spain to walk part of the Camino del Norte with my friend, Sergio, who lives in Malaga & have been hearing all about the Feria from him. Sounds like it is quite the fiesta. Wish I were there (truly!).
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dusty. Spain is A-OK! Enjoy you stay up north with your friend Sergio. I'm off to Mallorca next week and Sevilla the week after.
